Resume2Hire Review

WebSite reviews do help in determining how effective a service is. However, these are only effective if based on actual experience of ordering from a certain writing company.
Resume2Hire.com has a lot going on in their home page. Despite being too text heavy for our liking, they tried to balance it off by placing pictures to complement the texts. The end result? Too burdensome for the eyes.
This was minor because in spite of the home page’s shortcomings, we were able to easily spot the order page. It was in a noticeable location just above all the information about resume writing and the wonders of using their services.
Advantages:
Easy-to-follow registration steps.
Highly accommodating technical support representatives.
Diligent writers.
Competitive prices.

Ordering from them is so simple. We chose their resume+cover letter package with a 24-hour turnaround time. Quite surprisingly, they do not charge relatively too much for such services. This put us on the alert about the quality of the resume they would deliver.
We did not encounter any difficulty with the initial stages of the order, thanks mainly to Resume2Hire.com’s straightforward process. Their technical support representatives were also eager to accommodate us and were actually very helpful with regard to the order we have placed. They assured us that the resume will be sent to us within 24 hours.
However, the resume was sent hours past their promised turnaround time. We contacted them to inquire about our order, but we were given vague reasons as to why it was late. After a lot of phone calls and hours of waiting, the resume was finally forwarded to us.
Saying that the resume we received could use a little improvement would be too kind. A lot of the information that we have provided were omitted. Moreover, some bits of the resume were misspelled. We could have corrected these ourselves, but then again, we felt we deserved more for what we paid for.
The resume design was also an area that could use some improvement. Suffice to say, it was tacky and inappropriate for a resume. The font style used was more appropriate for a greeting card than a professional piece of writing. Needless to say, we were disappointed at the final output delivered to us.
The good thing about Resume2Hire.com is that they take revisions for free. We commend them for getting the job done given another chance; however, it should be mentioned that a tight deadline should not compromise the quality of the product at any cost.
Despite this rather disappointing experience with Resume2Hire.com, we still think some positives can be taken from this. First of all, they do not charge high prices for their services. Most importantly, they have customer support representatives who are always available to iron out any problems that might be encountered.
